The stay is split between two buildings. Beach Side sits directly on the sand and has six private rooms, all with air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms with hot water, work desks, and private balconies. Palm Side is the original house across from the beach on the top floor, with four private ensuite rooms and a 4-bed mixed dorm. Rooms there use ceiling and standing fans instead of air conditioning. Beach Side opens in January 2026, and the coworking space launches alongside it. Staying guests get coworking access included. Day, weekly, and monthly passes for external visitors start from January 2026.
