K9 hosts common areas such as five kitchens, co-working spaces, and areas for meditation and leisure, encouraging a culture of co-creation. The Coliving experience at K9 emphasizes intentionality and commitment, with a majority of residents choosing to stay "long term," typically for at least one year. The governance structure is based on Holacracy principles, which ensures shared decision-making and promotes active participation in community life.
