Each resident gets a private bedroom in a fully furnished shared apartment. The common setup includes a fully equipped kitchen and TV/lounge space, with communal areas used for everyday life, events, game nights, and film evenings. The monthly fee is all-inclusive and covers furniture, WiFi, weekly cleaning, laundry facilities, electricity, and other core housing costs. Flexible terms are part of the model, with no deposit, one month’s notice, and relatively fast move-in. An extra package is available for bedding, towels, curtains, and similar basics.
The roomie-matching process uses a personality test to support compatibility and reduce bias. The resident base is largely made up of young professionals between 20 and 40 years old from different parts of the world, which keeps the social mix broad and international.
