Stays run seasonally from late October through the end of May. There are 12 private rooms and 2 shared rooms across the two houses, with weekly, two-week, and monthly options. Prices start from about €492 per month for shared accommodation and from about €693 per month for private rooms, with higher rates for premium ensuite options up to around €1,250. Rooms include desks, and the main house has a dedicated coworking space, fiber-optic WiFi, and natural light built in.
