Wild Souls is a coastal co‑living house in São Lourenço, on the north side of Ericeira, Portugal — a surf town on Europe’s first World Surfing Reserve. The property targets curious travelers and remote workers who want a blend of focused work, outdoor activity, and shared community life. It advertises private ensuite rooms in a sunlit, renovated coastal home with steps-to-beach access (Praia do São Lourenço) and a short walk to local cafes, seafood markets, and nightlife. Accommodation & practical details - Private ensuite rooms; bedding, pillows and linens are highlighted as personally selected for comfort. Minimum stay is seven nights. Bookings are open 1 May–15 November 2026 (April availability upon request). Discounts: 10% for two-week stays, 20% for month-plus stays. Work & connectivity - Dedicated coworking space with sea views, 24‑hour access, and high‑speed internet. Shared living amenities - Weekly room cleaning, all utilities, coffee/tea all day, cooking basics, snacks and fresh fruit, occasional home‑cooked meals. Communal spaces include a gourmet kitchen for shared cooking, a fire pit, jacuzzi, outdoor pergola, and an on‑site ceramics studio and creative workshops (coming soon). Equipment for active lifestyles is provided: surfboards, yoga mats, exercise equipment, and other movement resources. Community, events & rules - The program features hosted events: community dinners, skill shares, and curated workshops. Code of conduct & safety - The house operates as a shared home with explicit behavioral expectations: be kind and inclusive, respect personal boundaries and property, clean shared spaces, and adhere to quiet hours (weekdays 23:00–08:00; weekends 00:00–09:00). Only registered guests may stay overnight; guests require prior approval. Hosts reserve the right to ask guests to leave for serious or repeated violations (no refund). Guests are advised to store valuables in private rooms.
