Discover the advantages of coliving in Shkoder

I fell for Shkoder the first afternoon I walked by the lake. It is quiet and lively at once. Old stone streets. Cafes where people talk for hours. The weather gets hot in summer and cool in winter. Boats float on Lake Shkodra. Kids play football by the riverside. I even joined a game once and got invited for coffee. For digital nomads this town is easy on the wallet. Not expensive like big cities. Most travellers enjoy the slow pace and cheap eats. Internet is good enough. Cafes and guesthouses offer Wi Fi and mobile data works well. Arguably not the best place if you need five coffee shops with dedicated desks. But there is a small creative crowd. Students, artists and a few expats meet in bars and galleries. Things to do are simple and real. Climb Rozafa Castle for a view. Take a boat trip. Day trips to the mountains are close. For some, this will be amazing. For others, it might feel too calm.
