Top benefits of coliving in Pattaya
Pattaya surprised me. The city feels loud and alive. Beaches are not just pretty. They have people playing volleyball at sunset and street food stalls that pull you in. I wandered a market and found a tiny noodle shop I kept going back to.
The culture is a mix of local Thai life, expats and tourists. Temples sit near busy streets. The heat is real. Hot and humid most months. Best time is November to February when it cools down a bit.
For digital nomads it makes sense. Rent can be cheap if you want simple. You can also splurge on a condo by the sea. Internet is usually fast enough. Cafes and coworking spots are common. Most travellers enjoy the easy island trips to Koh Larn and the Muay Thai gyms for a full-body break. There are regular meetups and friendly faces. For some this will be amazing. Arguably not the best if you need peace and quiet every day. But I found the energy addictive.
