We LOFT Coliving

WeLoft offers a cozy and unique coliving experience with 31 apartments, providing ample space for movement. By becoming a member of their community, residents gain free access to amenities such as a gym, cinema room, relaxation areas, and other shared spaces spanning over 1000 square meters. The apartments are available for viewing on weekdays from 9 am to 6 pm, with flexible arrangements outside these hours upon request. WeLoft operates on a "Pay as you go" basis, where guests only pay for the actual duration of their stay, whether it's for three days or a lifetime. The rental prices for the lofts vary based on their size: - XS Loft: 590 EUR - S Loft: 640 EUR - M Loft: 690 EUR - L Loft: 750 EUR - XL Loft: 830 EUR Rent includes apartment usage, utility charges, and access to all common areas within the coliving space. Reservation of a loft is free for stays up to 3 days. For longer reservations, a 100 EUR booking fee applies, deductible from the rental payment. Cancellations of reservations result in a non-refundable booking fee. WeLoft does not require a deposit from residents, and payment for the rental can be settled via bank transfer or cash upon arrival. Additional services like parking, bike storage, pet accommodation, cleaning, and household packages are available for an extra fee.
