InnoCell offers a range of residential options with flexible designs and necessary ancillary facilities, ensuring affordability and convenience for its occupants.
InnoCell features two primary locations: Science Park and Kowloon West. The Science Park site comprises a 17-storey building that combines residential units and shared coworking spaces. Kowloon West, a partnership with Weave Studios, offers 200 accommodation units along with ample coworking space, integrating smart technologies and social settings to enhance the living experience. The shared amenities promote interaction among residents, creating opportunities for networking and collaboration.
Residences in InnoCell are designed to cater to various preferences, featuring studio apartments suitable for single and double occupancy, as well as private co-working areas. Shared facilities include a gym, kitchen, and communal lounges, all fostering a sense of community among residents. Rental fees vary based on room type and duration of stay, with options for daily, short-term, and long-term leases. In particular, the rates for studios begin around HKD 4,150 for daily stays and range to about HKD 9,300 per month for long-term residents.
The overarching aim of InnoCell is to cultivate a vibrant I&T ecosystem by offering flexible living arrangements that simultaneously meet the professional and personal needs of its residents. This model not only attracts talents from various sectors but also encourages a synergistic environment where ideas can be shared and projects collaboratively developed.
