Housing Giulia in Torino offers three different accommodation formulas: Residence, Tourism, and Campus. The Residence formula is suitable for those on work assignments and provides 48 fully furnished living units for university students, workers on temporary assignments, tourists, and individuals facing temporary housing difficulties. The project is a social housing initiative in collaboration with Opera Barolo, Co-Abitare social enterprise, G. di Vittorio housing cooperative, and support from the Piemonte Region and the City of Torino.
The CoLiving space focuses on creating opportunities for social interactions through common spaces where cultural activities and events take place, catering to a mix of residents - some long-term and others transient. With shared services offered at advantageous prices, Housing Giulia aims to cater to a diverse range of occupants. The living units are fully furnished and provide a comfortable living experience for various types of residents.
Services in Housing Giulia include coin-operated laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi access in rooms and communal areas, on-site staff including a night custodian for added security, common areas for reading, studying, and socializing, as well as events and indoor art exhibitions.
