Lifestyle Hospitality, under the brand name HAWS, focuses on reimagining the traditional hospitality space by transforming old houses into hotels and residences while breathing new life into existing buildings with unique stories. The first project began in Lisbon in 2022, with upcoming locations in Budapest, Marrakech, Prague, Riyadh, and Jeddah. HAWS aims to create spaces that are authentic reflections of their neighborhoods, catering to misfits, business travelers, and digital nomads seeking alternative accommodation that fosters a connection to the local community. HAWS offers more than just a place to sleep, providing vibrant and welcoming spaces inspired by local communities, offering a blend of accommodation, coworking areas, food and drink options, and social events. The design of their spaces incorporates multi-functionality and creativity, catering to both short and long-term guests. Additionally, HAWS boasts communal dining areas, bars, and rooftops where guests and locals can mingle over homemade food, cocktails, and live music sessions. The company's vision extends beyond current projects, with a pipeline that includes future locations in Barcelona, Marrakech, and Budapest in 2024, followed by expansions into Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia in 2025. The goal is to have over 10 locations by the end of 2026, with potential future sites of interest in cities like San Sebastian, Valencia, Rome, Florence, London, Berlin, Paris, and others. HAWS is open to various partnership arrangements such as long-term lease contracts or management agreements, showcasing flexibility in its expansion strategy.
