Continual efforts are made to upgrade the bedrooms in both the nursing and residential wings to provide residents with spacious and comfortable living spaces. The nursing wing includes its own dining room and lounges, maintained to high standards, while the Bethany lounge offers various activities for residents organized by activity coordinators to stimulate the mind, body, and soul. Faith House Eventide Home has received several awards in recognition of its exceptional facilities and services. In 2018, the home was awarded the "Best Kept Residential Facility" in the Belfast Region, following the runners-up award in the Best Kept Home Awards in 2017. Additionally, Faith House was honored with the title of Residential Home of the Year in 2017, highlighting the dedication and hard work of the staff and volunteers in maintaining a high standard of care.
