Centraal Wonen Delft is a housing community consisting of around 100 residents living in thirteen different living groups. Residents vary in age from toddlers to retirees, with most being employed individuals, although some are students. Each living group has its own unique characteristics, catering to different demographics such as young singles, couples, mixed groups of various ages, and groups with children. The housing units in CW Delft are designed flexibly, allowing residents to rent one, two, or three rooms with regular changes in room combinations based on residents' movements. There are a total of 173 rooms offered in approximately 90 combinations, varying in size and amenities. Rent prices differ depending on the type of room combinations, with additional service costs involved. These service costs cover various utilities such as gas, electricity, water, as well as municipal fees, insurance, and communal activities. Residents often receive reimbursements due to overestimation in the service cost advance payments.
