As summer slowly comes to an end in the northern parts of Europe, you might be looking for a sunny coliving spot for autumn. To make your search easier, we have created a list of five colivings in Spain. These colivings are all located in different areas of the Spanish mainland. What they all have in common is that they are near the sea. 

1. iSlow Coliving

Location: Laxe, Costa da Morte, A Coruña

iSlow Coliving is located on the Costa da Morte in Northern Spain. The rustic house offers a peaceful environment for remote work and relaxation. The community of colivers engages in various activities, including kayaking, yoga, cultural workshops and craft sessions. Location: Tarifa, Costa de la Luz, Andalusia

Eco-living Finca de la Palmera is a rural coliving in South West Spain. The cosy finca is surrounded by a large garden that is perfect for relaxing and connecting with the small community. The house is located close to some beautiful and uncrowded beaches. There are plenty of opportunities to stay active by exploring national parks and engaging in sports such as rock climbing and kitesurfing. Location: Dénia, Costa Blanca

CoCo Coliving is a small coliving located between the mountains and the sea on the Costa Blanca. The coliving is equipped with indoor and outdoor work spaces as well as a garden with sea view and a pool. Colivers can enjoy a mix of social events, including BBQs and after-work get-togethers by the pool bar. 5. Kalima Beach Life / Coliving and Social Hub

Location: Caldes d'Estrac, Catalonia

Kalima is a dynamic seaside coliving with direct beach access in Maresme. The coliving includes a garden, a gaming area and its own café. The location is less touristic than other areas of Spain, which makes it the perfect spot to explore the local culture whilst living a relaxed beach life.
