CoLiving Cities in Nigeria

Why Nigeria is perfect for coliving

I fell in love with Nigeria fast. The cities are loud, warm and full of music. The food is spicy and cheap. Most travellers enjoy the markets, the live music nights and the art galleries. Lagos feels electric. Yaba has startups and cool coworking hubs. Abuja is calmer and greener. For nomads it is friendly. Cost of living can be very low if you live like a local. But for expat-style apartments you pay more. Internet in big cities is okay. You will find reliable fiber or fast 4G in cafes and hubs. Expect some power cuts though. Many places have generators and UPS so work keeps going. Things to do are endless. Beach volleyball at Tarkwa Bay, rooftop bars, art walks, weekend trips to small towns. The creative community is strong. Most digital nomads find groups on Facebook or meetups at co working spaces. For some this will be amazing. For others it may feel chaotic. I thought it was alive in the best way.
