Monaco surprised me. It feels small but full of life. Palm trees, warm sun and narrow streets meet shiny yachts and old stone buildings. The vibe is glamorous and calm at once. People speak many languages. Food is French and Italian leaning. Most travellers enjoy the safe, neat feel and the sunny weather.
For nomads the internet is fast and steady. There are a few boutique coworking spots and friendly cafes with sea views. The cost of living is high. Rent and meals can sting. For some this will be amazing. For budget nomads it will be hard to stay long.
Things to do are nice and close. Walk the harbor. Visit tiny museums. Watch the Grand Prix buzz. Take quick trips to Nice or Italy. I once worked with my laptop on a terrace. A vintage car rolled by and kids started a beach volleyball game nearby. It felt oddly normal and a bit fancy. If you want safe, sunny and well connected, try a short stay.
