Vivenda Felicidade - Regenerative Coliving and Coworking Farm

Vivenda Felicidade is a coliving space designed for digital nomads and remote workers who are also nature enthusiasts. The space is located in the small village of Tojeira in the natural Park of Sintra, just 5 minutes away from Magoito beach and 40 minutes from Lisbon airport. Accommodation includes five newly refurbished bedrooms, a coworking space, community gardens, and various amenities like an outdoor gym and communal areas. The coliving experience follows Permaculture Design Principles and offers optional weekly activities such as surfing, hiking, yoga, and farming. The Coworking Area at Vivenda Felicidade provides a productive space with the fastest internet available (5G) and amenities like comfortable desks, a fully-equipped kitchen, and cozy lounge areas. The coworking space is exclusive to members and aims to create a harmonious blend of workspaces, lush surroundings, and a thriving community. The design of the space celebrates natural light, quirky plants, and small details that promote productivity and a sense of community. The community at Vivenda Felicidade values work-life balance, nature connection, and collaboration through regenerative practices. The founders, Chico and Liam, along with their feline companions, strive to create a space where digital nomads can live, have fun, and learn about sustainable practices. The coliving project operates with a mission to connect like-minded individuals, produce bio-regenerative fruits and vegetables, and be mindful of resources like water and electricity.
