eKhaya operates several residences in Cape Town, including Crazy Zebra, Groovy Giraffe, and Fancy Flamingo. Crazy Zebra, located on Long Street, accommodates 152 students with options for single, twin, and dormitory-style rooms, some featuring en-suite bathrooms. The iconic location is complemented by communal kitchens, study spaces, and a social area with a pool table. Groovy Giraffe, situated on Adderley Street, houses 190 students in twin en-suite rooms and includes unique facilities such as a cinema room and a rooftop terrace with scenic views of Table Mountain. Fancy Flamingo offers capacity for 252 students with mixed room types and a spacious social area.
