Corvidae Co-op is a newly developed cooperative housing community located in Seattle's Columbia City / Beacon Hill neighborhood. Designed by Allied8 Architects, this community is situated within proximity to essential transit options, specifically a seven-minute walk to the Mount Baker light rail station, as well as the Cheasty Greenbelt, which provides extensive hiking trails and green space for residents. The project is set to open in summer 2024, with unit prices ranging from $220,000 to $450,000 and down payments between $9,000 and $25,000.
The Corvidae Co-op comprises a combination of private living spaces, including three two-bedroom homes, five one-bedroom homes, and two studio apartments. A distinguishing feature of this co-op is the emphasis on shared living and community interaction.
