About Casa Gori — Coliving, Art Studio & Gardens
Every few years a city quietly becomes the place everyone means to move to — right now that city is Valencia, and Casa Gori sits at the heart of it. Set in a century-old Valencian masía in Alboraia, on the edge of the city's historic huerta market-gardens, Casa Gori is less a coliving than a small ecosystem for living: a place to work, make and grow, built for nomadic entrepreneurs and creatives who want substance beneath the lifestyle.
Stays run in seasonal three-month cohorts, with rooms from €1,200 to €1,600 per month (typically around €1,400). Five private bedrooms share a house designed around community without sacrificing focus: a dedicated coworking space, 500 Mbps fibre internet, and free bikes for the short ride to the Patacona beach or the UPV campus. The rhythm is seasonal and place-rooted rather than corporate.
- On-site art studio — action painting, ceramics, resin and floral workshops; a creative pillar no other Valencia coliving offers.
- 7,000 m² of allotment gardens in the huerta, for growing, gathering and slow mornings outdoors.
- Dedicated coworking with fast fibre and your own desk, so working from home never means working from the bedroom.
What sets Casa Gori apart is the combination: coliving, art studio and gardens woven into a single rhythm of life, rooted in the Valencian huerta rather than dropped into a generic city block. Casa Gori opens in spring 2027 and is now welcoming interest from its first cohorts.
