Why Huelva is a great city for coliving
Huelva feels like a secret. Small city by the sea. Sunny most of the year. Hot in summer and mild in winter. The vibe is slow and friendly. Lots of seafood bars and a relaxed port life. I loved the old docks tied to Columbus. Most travellers enjoy the evening strolls along the river.
For digital nomads it is easy on the wallet. Cheaper than Madrid or Barcelona. You get good wifi in cafes and at a few coworking spots. Not super flashy but reliable. Things to do are simple and good. Beaches at Punta Umbria and Matalascañas. A day trip to Doñana park or the weird red rocks of Rio Tinto. I once played beach volley at sunset with locals. Nice memory.
Community is small but warm. You meet people in tapas bars and coworking rooms. For some this will be perfect calm. Arguably not the best for big city buzz. But it grows on you.
