Why Antwerp should be your next coliving destination

Antwerp feels alive and a bit rough around the edges. I love the mix of old stone buildings and bold fashion shops. The vibe is creative and friendly. Winters are grey and cool. Summers are pleasant and not too hot. It rains sometimes, so pack a light jacket. Cost of living is mid-range. It is cheaper than Amsterdam but not a bargain. Internet is fast. Lots of cafes and coworking spots with reliable Wi Fi and outlets. I once set up my laptop in a cafe by the cathedral and ended up sharing tips with a fashion designer who was also a nomad. Small moments like that happen a lot. Most travellers enjoy the museums, beer bars and the river walk along the Scheldt. There is a lively expat and creative community. For some, this will be amazing because of the art and food. Arguably not the best if you want beaches. But for working and exploring, Antwerp is quietly great.
