Why Burgas is a great city for coliving
Burgas is a salty, slow city by the Black Sea. The Sea Garden park is my favorite spot. I liked sitting there with my laptop and a huge sea view. Summers are hot and sunny. Winters are soft and rainy. The vibe is relaxed and a bit artsy. You will hear live music and see street markets.
For nomads this is nice. Rent is low compared with Western Europe. Cafes have strong Wi Fi and there are a few coworking spots. Most travellers enjoy the short trips to Nessebar or Sozopol on weekends. I once found a beach volleyball game on a local Facebook group and joined. I met a web designer and a copywriter. Good chats.
There is a small expat and student crowd. For some, the pace will be perfect. For others, it may feel quiet at times. If you like beaches, cheap food, decent internet, and simple living, Burgas is worth a try.
